Introducing Pepper, our all-black bundle of joy with a personality as bold as his name!

 Born on December 1, 2023, Pepper is a Jerusalem mini donkey who brings a little extra spice to the pasture. With his sleek black coat and curious spirit, he’s always up for an adventure—or at least a snack!

Pepper is known for his playful antics, affectionate brays, and the way he sticks close to his best buddy, Salt. Together, they’re the perfect pair—like, well... Salt & Pepper!  As a Highpark steer, he’s a stunning blend of Highland and White Park breeds—known for their hardiness, fluffy coats, and irresistible charm.

Graham got his name because of his creamy white coat with the perfect graham-cracker brown around his ears and muzzle.

Born on January 16, 2025, Griffin is no ordinary calf—he’s a walking cloud of charm and character. With his striking white coat, soulful eyes, and a calm, curious nature, Griffin has quickly become the heart of the pasture and a favorite among visitors at the Ranch.

As a Highland steer, Griffin carries the heritage of one of the oldest and most beloved cattle breeds, known for their gentle temperament and iconic shaggy appearance. Whether he's lounging in the field, striking a pose for photos, or just munching on his favorite snacks, Griffin brings a little magic to every moment.
